Athulya Ram, QBioS PhD Student
Athulya was recently awarded a scholarship created by Karishma Babu and Vijay Balasubramaniyan through the Georgia Tech Foundation. The Karishma Babu and Vijay Balasubramaniyan Endowment Fund is meant to support graduate, F-1 students who are citizens of India. There is a preference for qualified female students who are pursuing degrees in COE, COS, or COC. Athulya was selected by leadership in the College of Sciences and the Office of International Education.
Athulya's home school is Mathematics, and she is advised by Professor Leonid Bunimovich. Her research focus is Cross-immunoreactivity and local immunodeficiency.
