Opportunities for Alumni and Friends of QBioS
QBioS Summer Share Picture
We welcome alumni and friends to consider participating in our Career Seminar series and/or giving in support of ongoing QBioS student activities.
Starting in fall 2020, QBioS has hosted at least three Career Talks per semester. Alumni and friends talked about their career paths, current job duties, the job search process, and work-life issues. QBioS students attended talks from Assistant Professors in large and small universities, Scientists at government agencies, and Data Scientists in consulting and industry. Please contact Lisa Redding if you would like to give a talk.
QBioS program donations provide funding for student award winners, as well as supporting QBioS Student Association initiatives such as first-year Mentoring, Summer Retreat, and other social events. You can find more information here about how to support our program financially.
